Matthew Gillman

Matthew Gillman joins the Office of the Executive Vice President for Research as an EVPR Fellow in Research Management. Reporting to the Executive Director of Research Initiatives and Development, he will support team members in such areas as program analysis, proposal development, and internal communications.

A recent graduate of the university, he was previously an instructor in the Core Curriculum, cataloger and guest curator at the Rare Book & Manuscript Library, and dissertation fellow at the Sakıp Sabancı Center for Turkish Studies.

Matthew holds a PhD in art history and archaeology from Columbia University, MA in Middle Eastern Studies from the University of Chicago, and BA from the University of Washington.
