Beyond the Professoriate’s e-learning platform, the PhD Career Training Platform (formerly known as Aurora), is a professional development tool where postdocs can explore career options and learn job search strategies. Through the two programs of study (Academic Careers and Professional Careers), postdocs are empowered to make informed decisions about their career path and learn successful job search strategies from other PhDs. The Beyond the Professoriate team and the contributors who deliver workshops and participate in career panels and interviews are experts in their field who also successfully completed a PhD in the areas of Arts, Social Sciences, STEM, Business, and Education.
