Description: Rapidly identify potential collaborative efforts between laboratories, define underrepresented areas in need of being addressed, and avoid the duplication of efforts. The team is responsible for identifying all ongoing efforts in Columbia laboratories (at CUIMC, Morningside Campus & ZMBBI) involving COVID-19–related projects (diagnostic, clinical, basic research, engineering, etc.) and compiling a database of this information in close collaboration with CUIT. As the effort progresses, the team could also contribute by helping to identify any needs or obstacles that the COVID-19 researchers are experiencing that might be alleviated by CRAC volunteers or other members of the Columbia community.
