A specific program for a 21-day practice for resilience and mental health called “Warrior21” is developed initially for law enforcement and first responders and eventually for general public. The personal resilience benefits both individuals (inner strength and happiness) and agencies (better employees and reduced absenteeism) and public (increases safety). Within resilience there are 4 pillars: Awareness, wellness, purpose and positivity. The program is done through Google classrooms online for 21 days that includes alerts for daily practices. The daily practices include a keyword, quote, 5 minutes of controlled breathing practices, short article and reflection (based on the daily keyword) and gratitude practice at the end of the day. The program has also helped the general public during the uncertain and unstructured times of COVID-19.
