Dr. Resnick points out that SARS-CoV2 is only one out of three deadly Coronaviruses which were active recently and as important it is to put effort into controlling the current pandemic, proactive measures for the future to better handle pandemic or even be able to completely avoid it are important too. His talk focuses on the 3CL inhibitors as a promising target for this aim.
