Stephanie Scott, Director of Policy and Research Development of Sponsored Projects Administration (SPA) and Alan Teller, Director of Operations of the Human Research Protection Office (HRPO), will provide an overview of the new NIH Human Subjects/Clinical Trial Policies, and Single IRB Policy. This information session is open to Columbia faculty and administrators. Guidance will be provided on how to select the appropriate funding opportunity announcements (FOAs), highlights will be given of the new FORMS-E packages, and information provided on Columbia's implementation of the sIRB policy.
