Managing Imposter Fears

No matter where you are in your career trajectory, you may have experienced imposter fears, or the feeling that you are not deserving of your accomplishments. Imposter fears are highly common in professional settings, particularly among high achieving individuals, and can lead to self-doubt, burnout, and/or missed opportunities. However, there are steps you can take to prevent the symptoms of imposter fears from hindering your career development. In this workshop, you will learn about imposter fears and where they can come from, identify situations that may trigger thoughts and feelings related to imposter fears, and learn strategies to help manage experiences of imposter fears.
