Using eHealth to Expand Access to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia in Hispanic Primary Care Patients

The primary goals of this research are to compare the effectiveness of a culturally adapted ehealth program of cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia vs. enhanced usual care for Spanish-speaking, Hispanic patients; examine barriers and facilitators to implementation, and determine the cost effectiveness of the intervention. Secondary COVID19 related goals include the collection of exposure and experience of COVID19 pandemic, and mental health sequeale (trauma, posttraumatic stress disorder symptoms, grief).
