Federal Agency Forums

Federal agencies provide about $800 million annually to fund research across every school and campus at the university and a total of $1.1B including direct support of education and contributions to help sustain the underlying research infrastructure. Columbia is proud of these longstanding partnerships, which enable our researchers’ success. EVPR Jeannette Wing is committed to showcasing results of our agency-funded research activities and increasing engagement with our funders’ dynamic programs and priorities.

Agency visits create a forum to bring students, faculty, and researchers together with high-level federal agency administrators to better understand current initiatives and research-funding priorities at the national level; discuss opportunities and challenges in specific fields; and highlight our own wide-ranging, agency-funded projects.

Below is a calendar of upcoming and past visits by federal agency leaders. If you are organizing such an event, Columbia Research would be happy to extend your reach by highlighting it on this page. Please send us a brief message to [email protected].
